 Hey baby, he said pecking my right cheek. Hey honey, I said as I smiled. Good morning, I said as I grabbed the glass of water on the dinning table. In a hurry? He questioned. 

Yeah baby, i responded as I gulped the water, I have to be at hospital in an hour, I rolled my eyeballs. Breakfast at least? He offered. 

Definitely honey, I have 5 minutes to spare, I whispered. He pulled my chair out and had me sit, while I extended my hands towards the toasted bread. I will take one and wrap the rest in a foil, I said with a light smile.

 Bc I don’t want to be late, I said again. It’s fine baby, what do you think ? He asked as he stole glances at me. I love it, perfect, I signified with my hands.

I will get the foil, you want a bottle of apple juice? he asked. I am good honey, I said as I stood up. I am running late, I said as he walked towards me with the toasted bread in a foil.

 It’s okay, I love you, he said as he kissed my lips. I left you a note on the bed, I smiled as I headed out. Really, he called after me.

 So you are offering to make it up to me? He questioned. I giggled over the phone. Well, I just thought it’d be nice to give you a treat, it’s not a bribe, I chuckled.
