DOES YOUR ATTITUDE SATISFIES HIS URGES? [WHAT KEEPS A MAN].

 Sometimes, we wonder how we miss it; what stops honey boo from being tender towards us, and we automatically connect it to haters or generational curses, but we fail to understand that what keeps a man isn’t so hard; our attitude. Some days, we know we are a mess, other days we have no idea. Truth be told, you don’t need a good attitude just to keep a man, you need a good attitude to please God and placate others. However, for the sake of this discussion [tips], here are some things you might want to double check with your man or examine yourself over.

Attitude in a relationship differs from other ships. Does your behavior please his wishes? Do not get me wrong, you don’t have to be extra submissive or so reserved, this is your partner; this ship is relational.

TEND HIS EGO: you can tame a man by watering his pride flowers. A simple yes or no validates as a response than a loud scream. Do you know you don’t have to scream to be heard during an argument or to make your point known? For most men, that’s a huge turn off. It’s very okay to argue but why raise your voice? How about trying something new; like, sweetness, I understand your point and I respect your decision; however, I cannot agree with you for certain reasons [state them and ask] can we compromise, please babe? I am very certain that would create an awareness of regard. Isn’t that what a man needs?

WORDS OF AFFIRMATION: ‘I am proud of you’. No matter how stiff a guy might be to compliments, this expression of admiration would cause a release of serotonin. It is as easy as saying; I am proud of the man you are becoming, or I am proud you got the job. Note that you can use other expressions such as thank you for the gifts, thank you for stopping by last night, I had an awesome day with you the day before. Let him know that you appreciate him, you are grateful for him, and you value all he is becoming. I must add random text messages such as; hey cutie, how was your day? Boy, you fine like heck? Where did I get you from? might also work. [like to compliment your man in your local dialect, go ahead].

LISTEN TO CORRECTIONS: perhaps you never knew, but it is totally alright to be wrong. What isn’t right is you making the same mistakes countless times. One of the things that would piss anybody is you thinking you can never go wrong. So, if bae is saying this isn’t good enough, unless he is a manipulator that’s trying to switch you up for himself, if he isn’t you better listen; obedience keeps a man.

SURPRISE HIM WITH PACKAGES: how about a romantic package by his apartment with a ‘guess who notes’ accompanied with it? I hear someone say what if you are not his only girlfriend? [ discussion for another day]. What about a surprise meal or cake even when it’s not a special day, or a picture frame? We don’t have to do boxers always. Try a nice face cap, bracelet, take him out; yes, I said it, you won’t die I promise. Why are you saying what if I am not the only one or what if he leaves me at the end of it all? Well, a woman with self-worth shouldn’t have to stoop so low to share a man; it isn’t that terrible. Leave you???? Who cares; I don’t know about you, but for me whatever leaves isn’t meant for me and why are you bothered? Wouldn’t you still be you regardless? Don’t change shade for anyone. 

A WOMAN WHO UNDERSTANDS DESIRES AND SUPPORTS HIM: No, No, No, sex doesn’t keep a man, a woman who is his best friend does. I am a woman, but I have valid ideas of what a man wants. He wants a confidant; someone who cheers him, supports him, who brings ideas to the table. A helper isn’t that what the Bible calls a woman? Helpers don’t help send money; they sit at the table with bae, connect with him, and tell him he can. You know the best way to tame your man; I would suggest no distractions during hard thoughts or a shoulder massage, constant peck and a bowl of ice cream escorted with your sensible ideas. Because not every man likes being tickled, a pillow fight should be a perfect way to close out. *winks* a real man loves a naughty playmate.
