MY VIEW.......

My name is Ajoba Oluwafunke Elizabeth.
Birthed in a country i can't define.
For every bit of reality is seen as a crime.

As i hear of crime, i wonder if our ansectors hear our cries.. cos our root we can no longer define. What values did we inherit from afore generations, i continually ask our nation.

Fake lives - speaking and living in ways that isn't ours, we've forgotten how to be right without looking at the footstep of the whites.

Where is our Nation's Fate?.
In the stains or culture of Western ways?
Our battles are obscurity,
We debate tribalism,
We argue religions,
We neglect ethics
We revel in dishonesty
We critize characters yet we live like maniacals.

Tongues and dialect mean nothing today, we indulge culture that isn't ours. We celebrate what doesn't define us.
Where is the MotherLand that we hail?
Nigeria where citizens live like slaves.
Corruption has become order of the day.

Every symbol of peace has been destroyed.

We've forgotten Love and growth, this isn't the nation i want my children to grow.

We are at ease with no ideas of how to restore, we rely on others as sources of hope.
Is this a Nigeria worth dying for?

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY FATHER'S LAND.... HOW CAN I BE THE LEADER OF A PLACE I CAN'T CALL HOME?.

Where is the Nigeria that is Home?.

Where is the Nation that ought to be Hope?

Where is the Flag and what does it symbolise?

WHAT IS NIGERIA?
WHO IS A NIGERIAN?.
